
Tai Chi
is a “way of moving” and positive benefits can include: “an increase
of Balance, Posture, Concentration, Relaxation, Flexibility, Memory,
Mobility, Positive Outlook and Peace” to name but a few.
We meet weekly at the Tithe Barn at 10 am each Thursday and we do it as often as we can in the open air, but move inside when it is exceptionally wet or cold.
We are a friendly beginners and improvers group and unfortunately we are currently closed to new members unless already experienced in taichi. Please add to the waiting list and we will let you know when things change.
