Annual General Meeting
The 28th AGM of Bookham and District U3A will now be held at the Old Barn Hall on Tuesday November 2nd at 2.30pm since the meeting on October 5th was not quorate. The constitution allows another meeting to be quorate with whatever number attend! This gives you extra time to consider joining the friendly Committee as there is a vacancy for Vice Chairman and two other long standing members are looking to pass on their experience. Contact the Secretary if interested.
The Agenda, Election of Committee Members, Minutes of the previous AGM held on Zoom in April 2021, and a Proposed amendment to the constitution to allow for virtual AGM/SGM’s are available under Documents/Policy, Admin, Systems Guides or click HERE but you will need to log in first to gain access to this set of documents.
